RA-LIN built this new state-of-the art 330-seat dining facility in one year from site preparation to grand opening. Dining equipment for a variety of dining stations, including a mongolian grill, brick oven pizza station, along with the standard cafeteria line were built with this facility. The food courts are operated 24 hours a day to accommodate the lifestyle of college students. There is also an on-site convenience store for dorm room snacks and sandwiches. The East Commons also houses offices for University Housing and Resident Life staff. RA-LIN delivered this project using a construction manager at risk contract. This facility is located at the University of West Georgia.
