There is one reason we’ve been in business for over 40 years… our people.

Daily, hundreds of employees arrive at our office and job sites around the southeast with a common vision – to produce quality buildings that shape the communities in which we live. From small renovations to multi-million dollar structures we are challenged, and excited, by some of the most demanding construction projects around.

In addition to construction operations, departments such as estimating, accounting/finance, marketing, and human resources offer career paths for people with a wide range of interests, skills, and experience. Together, we’re comprised of a dedicated, talented, and diverse group of individuals who enjoy what we do and who at the end of the day are proud to stand and say, “we built that.”

We take great pride in working hard to build some of the finest buildings across the Southeast, but that’s not all we do. Beyond construction, we find ways to nurture interests, talents, and friendships through activities that extend outside the workplace.

We are continually seeking to improve the company experience through ways such as social events, community service projects, and group outings. Through these events we improve ourselves both personally and professionally, strengthen our company bond, give back to our communities, and most importantly have fun.

Whether your preference is preparing and serving meals at the local soup kitchen, whitewater rafting, or participating in a community-wide drug awareness rally, you’ll find others that share your interests at RA-LIN.

In addition, RA-LIN sponsors countless organizations and events that bring together employees in a number of ways. Training seminars, company meetings, awards and recognition events, and outings like golf tournaments, fishing trips, and picnics are held throughout the years. We grow through these activities by sharing ideas, making new friends, and learning from others’ experiences. This deepens personal and professional unity throughout RA-LIN.

Classroom education comes alive for students in RA-LIN’s internship and co-op program. Full- and part-time opportunities in departments such as field operations, project management, and estimating provide practical work experience at both our corporate office and job sites throughout the Southeast. In addition to valuable real-world experience gained under some of the industry’s best on-the-job trainers, students can:

  • Network with RA-LIN staff and industry leaders from around the southeast
  • Take advantage of training and classes offered by RA-LIN U.

It is our goal not only to empower students to learn more about the industry and grow, but to expose them to the RA-LIN culture and, hopefully, develop future RA-LIN employees. Many of RA-LIN’s interns have been offered positions upon graduation. Only applicants in good academic standing will be considered.
